Somnium is a series of twelve one-of-one crystal-cloud sculptures by Matt Wilson (“bunnylever”), sold at somniumclouds.io. Each physical piece is paired with an on-chain certificate of authenticity. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below. Questions: [email protected].

Terms of Sale

The work

Each Somnium piece is a unique, handmade physical crystal sculpture, sold together with a matching digital certificate of authenticity recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. The certificate documents provenance; it is not a security, financial instrument, or investment, and no financial return is offered or implied.

Price & payment

• The list price of each available piece is USD $1,600. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
• Ether (ETH) is accepted as an alternative. The ETH amount is quoted at the time of purchase from the live exchange rate plus a small processing surcharge, and each quote is valid for a short window (about 12 minutes). ETH payments are verified on-chain before the order is fulfilled and are not instant.
• Prices are set server-side and are the source of truth at the moment of checkout.

All sales final

Because each piece is a unique, made-to-order artwork, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, contact [email protected] promptly and we will work with you in good faith.

Shipping

Shipping is included to the United States and Canada. Shipping outside the United States and Canada is calculated after purchase and billed separately. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier.

Crypto & the on-chain certificate

• You must provide a self-custody wallet address that you control to receive the certificate. Do not use an exchange deposit address; exchanges generally cannot receive these tokens, and funds or tokens sent to an address you do not control cannot be recovered.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once an ETH payment or a certificate transfer is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed by us.
• Information written to the blockchain, including your delivery wallet address and the transfer record, is public and permanent by design.
• You are responsible for the security of your wallet and keys. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; the ETH price of a piece reflects the quote accepted at checkout.

Intellectual property

Purchasing a piece transfers ownership of the physical object and its certificate. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights. All images, designs, and the Somnium and Sentinels names remain the property of Matt Wilson / bunnylever.

Liability & governing law

The work is sold as a collectible art object. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a sale is limited to the amount paid for the piece. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the seller operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order details you provide: name, email, phone, and shipping address; and, for ETH orders, your delivery wallet address and the payment transaction hash.
• Registration / inquiry details: the email address and any message you submit through the site’s forms.
• Basic usage data: aggregate page views and request metadata (such as IP and user agent) used to understand traffic and protect the site.

How we use it

To process and fulfill your order, arrange delivery, keep provenance records, respond to inquiries, and operate and secure the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

• Stripe: card payment processing.
• Resend: transactional email (order and inquiry messages).
• Cloudflare: hosting, storage, and analytics.
• Ethereum network & Transient Labs: the on-chain certificate. Note that on-chain records (your wallet address and the certificate transfer) are public and permanent.

Retention & your choices

We keep order and provenance records for as long as needed to support ownership and legal obligations. You may request a copy or deletion of the personal data we hold about you (subject to records we must retain) by emailing [email protected]. On-chain data cannot be deleted.

Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies needed for core functionality. There is no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
